These ballots are specially designed to:
1. reduce judge confusion and error
2. increase the consistency of scores given to students
3. provide pre-made comments in IE's to give students better feedback
4. make it easy for inexperienced judges.

Give them a try!
Just print and send to a local printer and ask for triplicate forms for the debate ones.
