How does Foucault link to the Education Topic?

I think the foucault kritik would work like this on the education topic:

Higher academic standards merely entrench dominant perspectives within the discursive structure of our society and educational system. this entrenchment is an explicit standardization of the marginalization of viewpoints and knowledge not contained within what is expected by the "higher" standards advocated by the affirmative. As such, it reifies inequitable power relations thereby making the expression and enactment of new kinds of knowledge even more difficult. american, human centered "empowerment," extensions off of this would discuss how these power relations and marginalization ignore the expression of particular viewpoints and groups of marginalized peoples.
